The project was partially complete with handover date fast approaching. The team based themselves onsite and quickly got to grips with what needed to happen, when, and by whom.
Communications with stakeholders and subcontract trades were excellent from the get-go, and the team obtained ‘buy-in’ from all parties. Trades were prioritised and programmed into the works as necessary. Pre-start meetings were held to iron out any potential issues so the sub-trades could hit the ground running once onsite. Wall Projects and the consultant team worked closely to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues when they arose.
